The most dazzling and spectacular time of the year is here! Vitruvian Park transforms into a magical holiday wonderland during Vitruvian Lights. Friday, November 23, 2018 – Tuesday, January 1, 2019. Beginning November 24, tree lights will be on daily from 5:00pm – 12:00am.
Known as the best neighborhood light show in Texas, the Interlochen lights are iconic around here. Put on Christmas radio stations 102.1 FM or 98.7 FM and cruise around the neighborhood and pick out your favorites. We’d get here early, this is one of the busiest spots in the DFW Metroplex during the holiday season.
Holiday in the Park is back for select days from November 16-December 30 at Six Flags Over Texas. It’s the most magical time of the year filled with enchanting experiences that will help create those special family fun outings again and again. Our breathtaking winter wonderland features a variety of delightful and interactive activities to help capture the holiday spirit.
Back by popular demand, Enchant Christmas will once again illuminate North Texas skies with its World’s Largest Christmas Light Maze & Market. Last year, more than 250,000 people unwrapped a new holiday tradition at the most scenic wonderland in Texas. This year, the family tradition will move inside Arlington’s Globe Life Park, with a new heart-warming theme, an updated adventure in the light maze, and a larger, dazzling Artisans’ Market.
Celebrate the holidays like never before with this centerpiece exhibit featuring an elaborate collection of 25-foot Victorian style gazebos filled with the charming costumed characters, whimsical animals and music made famous by the beloved Christmas carol. Each gazebo will be encased in glass and extravagantly decorated on all sides to provide a dramatic, three-dimensional experience, and will feature mechanical parts and festive music that will assist in bringing the characters to an even more life-like state. Enjoy the .75-mile walk through the garden exhibit, as you witness these handcrafted gazebos spread across our winter wonderland.
You don’t have to travel to the North Pole to experience the magic of Christmas with a festive, holiday adventure. We are excited to have our winter festival back for another year at the Anatole, and we hope to welcome you and your loved ones this season. Peppermint Park is an immersive holiday experience, featuring children’s games and activities, holiday shows, endless light displays, Santa Claus and much more. Take a magical train ride through the park, predict the weather with Jack Frost, enroll in Elf School and learn what it takes to be one of Santa’s helpers, mail your letters to the North Pole or make holiday slime with the Grinch. There are endless activities for children and parents alike, in the most merry setting in all of North Texas.
Welcome to the only Texas-sized Drive Thru light park at the largest speedway in Texas! There is always something new for everyone in the family to enjoy. At the completion of the Drive-Thru Park, bring your family and friends to Santa’s Village for photos & fun!
Christmas in the Square draws over 750,000 visitors annually. Families, friends and holiday guests from all over come and enjoy the spectacular show. The Holiday lights and music will run daily 6-10 PM November 23 – December 31, 2018. This show is free to the public. Visitors may tune in to 107.3 FM on the radio in their vehicles, or listen to the music piped through speakers as they take a walk through the Square.
Upon arriving at the entrance of Prairie Lights, you will be dazzled with 4 million lights set along 2 miles of path. Hundreds of ALL-NEW displays in shapes of all kinds line and arch over the roads. Half way through the drive get out of your car for a stop at Holiday Village where you will find food, gifts, Santa, a brand-new indoor Holiday Show, and the Holiday Magic Lighted Walk-Through Forest. Once back in your vehicle, the second half of the drive ends with the very animated light tunnel – the perfect finale to a night you will never forget!

Drive through this famous Plano neighborhood in December for a spectacular holiday lights display. Deerfield is located between Preston Road and Coit Road. Enter from Legacy Drive, heading north on Colonnade or Archgate (noting one-way and restricted-turn signs along Old Pond Drive and Hallmark). Carriage rides and Segway tours can be reserved in advance.
The North Texas Food Bank
The North Texas Food Bank (NTFB) is a top-ranked nonprofit relief organization, providing access to more than 190,000 meals each day for hungry children, seniors and families across a 13-county service area. In our last fiscal year, NTFB and our feeding network provided access to almost 72 million meals. The need for hunger relief in North Texas is much larger; to combat increasing food insecurity in North Texas, the Food Bank recently launched a 10-year plan to provide access to 92 million nutritious meals annually by 2025. NTFB is a member of Feeding America, a national hunger relief organization.
The Salvation Army
Caring for the poor. Feeding the hungry. Sheltering the homeless. Clothing the naked. Loving the unlovable. Befriending the friendless. To those who want to positively affect their world, The Salvation Army is the charity that maximizes their contributions by using 87 cents of every dollar donated to provide direct services to the less fortunate.
